Broadcast services

We know how important service is to our customers – that’s why we have set up our global service infrastructure. No matter where you may need quick and uncomplicated help, our qualified service technicians are at your disposal, either at one of our factories or right on site with you.

Calibration/commissioning

Our systems are carefully calibrated and documented at the factory. For transportation we dismantle the combiners into sub-assemblies that can be re-assembled ('Plug & Play') straightforwardly. By comparing the systems values with the results measured in our factory you can easily check the correct function of the complete combiner.

In order to ensure the optimum performance of the systems after completing the installation we also offer our additional 'on-site service', i. e. commissioning and RF calibration. This service includes mechanical and electrical commissioning of the SPINNER broadcast system on site and optimising the RF settings.

Re-tuning

Our broadcast systems are tuneable within a large frequency range – usually the whole UHF or VHF band - allowing you flexibility in respon-
ding to changing requirements. So if there is a need for a channel change the SPINNER broadcast system can usually be adapted by
re-tuning, and you need not buy any new hardware. For this procedure short shutdown times as well as optimum results are absolutely indis-
pensable. We therefore recommend that you take advantage of the service provided by our experienced technicians.

Assembly/supervisor

Due to the modular design of the combiner system our customers or their contractors can assemble and install the product them-
selves straightforwardly. Of course we also offer you service variants in which our technicians ensure the smooth installation of your broadcast system.
Upon request our service technicians can assemble, install and calibrate your system completely, and there is no need for you to organise and co-ordinate the work of contractors. As an alternative we also offer our supervisor service if you want to do the installation yourself and rely on the qualified instruction of a SPINNER technician.

In our training centre or in your facility we offer individual, product-specific training that is tailor-made to your needs.
