Our fully automated manufacturing processes offer you the benefits of competitive prices and short lead times. Our daily capacity is 5,000 pieces and tens of thousands cable assemblies per week, allowing us to produce more than one million top quality cables per year.

The cables are available for 1/2" and 3/8" copper corrugated cables. We guarantee superior IM properties and low VSWR values over the complete service life of the cables, which show a excellent long-term performance. A complete 360° induction soldering connection of inner and outer conductors ensures a high RF screening efficiency. A built-in special profile gasket prevents water entering between the cable jacket and connector, even under extreme environmental conditions (IP68). The delivery comes with protective caps.

Upon request we also customize jumper cables to meet your specific requirements, such as phase adjustment with extremely narrow tolerances, cables with grey sheath or cables with an additional protection sheath. Furthermore we manufacture special cables for RF apllications up to 7/8“.

Service Center Lauenstein

We use four logistic centres to provide support to our customers in all regions. Our sites in Germany, Italy, the USA and the United Arab Emirates serve the following markets:

The service centres are central facilities for collecting and reloading our comprehensive product range of feeder cables and accessories. From these locations SPINNER does not only ship its own products, but a complete portfolio of all accessories required for installation at the customer’s site. This way our customers do not need to shop with various suppliers, because SPINNER as their strategic partner offers everything from one source.

The Service Centre Lauenstein is currently one of SPINNER's four logistic partners. Lauenstein is located in the Erzgebirge mountain region south of the conurbation of Dresden, right in the centre of Europe. Lauenstein has perfect transport connections and is thus ideally suited for covering the European region north of the Alps. It is the optimum place for reaching the growing markets of Central and Eastern Europe. The Lauenstein site is not only a logistic partner, but also a SPINNER production facility. It deals with most efficient mass production of customised top quality jumper cables and connectors.

Our service centre Lauenstein keeps SPINNER products as well as components from world-wide suppliers on stock for our customers. Large indoor and outdoor areas are available for storage. To ensure short delivery times we keep huge quantities of standard products in stock.

In order to facilitate our customers’ purchasing process we offer to do kitting for them. Kitting means putting together the individual components to be delivered according to a customer-specific order. So all customers in the service region are supplied with individual kits including feeder cables, SPINNER products and accessories. The cable is cut to the desired length in line with the customer order. All parts in a kit match perfectly, and we put together exactly the required quantity.

Since we have a broad diversity of products and a professional logistic system we are always in a position to provide our customers with the kits in the right place at the right time. Shipping within Germany and abroad is done through reliable partners with very short lead time. The advantage of the assembly kits is that we can send them right to the installation site. This way SPINNER provides a logistic and administration service for the customers as well as creating the preconditions for smooth installation work.
