Excellent service is a matter of course for SPINNER. We never let any of our customers down, but our experienced technicians offer an extensive range of services, from installation and commissioning up to adaptation at a later point in time   e. g. in the event of a channel change and individual training.

In the field of mobile communication our service focus is on installing, commissioning and servicing the SPINNER Mobile Network Combining System (MNCS®) components. Our technicians give you advice and support when it comes to calibrating, retuning and accepting antenna systems and filters. Furthermore we offer site packages including all necessary components, from connectors to earth clamps, as well as training and workshops.

Although the SPINNER broadcast systems are always delivered as calibrated units that are ready for use after installation by the customer, our technicians are also available upon request for commissioning and calibrating the components. It is for you to choose whether they should act as supervisors or perform the complete installation work. Over and beyond we offer retuning support and intensive training courses.

For rotary joints and slip rings the SPINNER technicians offer their wealth of experience for repairing and maintaining these components and systems – regardless of whether they are SPINNER or third party products.
