SPINNER is now also offering radiating cables, adding to its portfolio of products for critical communications. Radiating cables – also known as slotted cables or leaky cables – ensure seamless communication in tunnels, underground railways, mines, large building complexes, etc.
These cables are mainly used by the fire brigade, police and emergency services. In these areas, it is particularly important to use high-quality components, as problems such as passive intermodulation can cause interference in voice and data communication.
They are often used under the most adverse conditions, which require high quality and durability. We fulfil these requirements with our radiating cables. SPINNER solutions are passive, which eliminates most potential sources of error. This is an important prerequisite for high operational reliability.
Our radiating cables cover frequencies from 75 to 1000 MHz and can support both single-channel and multi-channel communication systems. This makes them extremely versatile. A single radiating coaxial cable can handle multiple communication systems simultaneously. This is particularly important in complex environments where different communication channels are required for different operations.
The radiating cables are available from stock at our new logistics center for in-building systems and mobile communication components in Lauenstein.
