The SPINNER Cable Monitoring System (CMS) provides continuous real-time supervision of coaxial and radiating cables over distances of up to 2 kilometers. The solution detects any change in cable performance immediately — including short circuits, interruptions, or unexpected increases in attenuation — and reports critical events directly to existing management platforms via SNMP.
Advanced Measurement Technology for Precise Fault Analysis
Equipped with integrated VNA technology, the system captures both VSWR values and exact fault locations with an accuracy of ±1.5 meters. This level of precision enables technicians to resolve issues swiftly and in a highly targeted manner — a key factor in significantly reducing operational downtime.
A modern, intuitive web interface ensures full transparency:
Live status of all monitored cables
Graphical visualization of the entire cable route
Detailed fault information for rapid assessment
Multiple CMS units can be networked via TCP/IP, making the system ideal for large-scale facilities such as tunnels, airports, or distributed infrastructures.
