Shape the Future with SPINNER
SPINNER develops and produces trailblazing RF products that set new standards of performance and longevity. The success story of these innovations began back in 1946 - and many of the products in common use today are based on SPINNER inventions and patents. Leading manufacturing companies rely on top-quality, long-lasting technology from SPINNER.
Are you interested in working at our creative family-led enterprise? We offer you a wide range of career prospects!
To be able to continue offering our customers new products, solutions and services, SPINNER requires highly qualified employees who are always trained in line with the latest developments and who have convincing interpersonal skills.
Our employees rise to professional challenges of their own accord, taking personal initiative, and thereby shape the future prospects of a company which is active all over the world.
As an employer, we take social responsibility for our employees and the environment in which we work. For this reason, SPINNER offers several training positions each year in both technically-oriented professions and IT.
SPINNER also holds targeted campaigns at schools in its local region, at which school students can find out about the career opportunities open to them at an early stage.
Would you prefer to embark on a practically-oriented course of study in which you can gather work experience as you study?
SPINNER offers dual courses of study in collaboration with the DHBW Mannheim. On this basis, students are able to combine an academic course of study with the practical experience of working in a business. A one month initial internship is provided with all courses of study.
Internships and Unverisity Thesis
Put your practical skills to the test!
Internships and university theses (at the bachelor's and master's levels), or joining SPINNER as a working student, enable the company and prospective employees to get to know each other and seamlessly enter a suitable course of training or a new job.
SPINNER offers you opportunity
- to "come and have a look" at our development and design processes
- to experience new manufacturing technologies
- to get to know sales structures and marketing methods at the practical level
- to get to know the "economic control mechanisms" of a company in the areas of financial controlling and/or budgeting,
so that you are then able to decide the direction you would like to take in your career.
In addition to "on the job" learning, we provide continuous further training to our employees as a matter of course. Our range of internal and external development programs is very varied.
We support our employees to achieve their career goals at SPINNER. As an employer, we take social responsibility for our employees and the environment in which we work.
