SPINNER is proud to present the new 1.0 mm high precision coaxial calibration kit, connectors, and adapters, designed for an impressive frequency range from DC up to 120 GHz. These products are essential for any RF lab, widely used in vector network analyses (VNA) and millimeter-wave measurements. Also known as Type W connectors, the 1.0 mm coaxial connectors are indispensable for engineers conducting measurements up to 120 GHz.
Our connectors offer unparalleled measurement accuracy, versatility, and ease of use, making them ideal for coaxial measurements, microwave communication systems, and applications in defense and aerospace. These sectors demand precise and accurate signal transmission, and our products deliver.
However, conventional 1.0 mm connectors have a notable drawback: their coarse pitch. The significant axial distance between the thread walls often causes the nut to loosen on its own with minimal handling, leading to calibration issues and necessitating repeated tests. This not only incurs extra costs but also causes significant frustration.
To address this common problem, SPINNER offers a variety of solutions to ensure that 1.0 mm coaxial connectors remain securely fastened over time. Our comprehensive range of adapters ensures optimal mechanical connections across various frequency ranges. This includes adapters from 1.0 mm to 1.85 mm for measurements up to 70 GHz on a 110/120 GHz VNA, as well as adapters for the 1.35 mm E-connector.
For laboratories that rely heavily on 1.0 mm connectors, SPINNER's ruggedized test port adapters are the ideal solution. These adapters feature a larger thread, providing a secure mechanical lock that prevents unintended transverse or torsional forces from damaging the delicate 1.0 mm coaxial connection. Consequently, once a test setup is assembled and calibrated using our ruggedized adapters, it can be consistently relied upon for stable and reliable performance.
With SPINNER's innovative solutions, you can achieve accurate and reproducible test results from the start, ensuring efficiency and precision in your high-frequency measurements.
