In-building and other installation projects often require cables to be cut and assembled on-site to the exact required length. SPINNER allows you to order the most common cable types on reels and have them delivered directly to your installation site.

All SPINNER CAF® and SPINNER MultiFit® connectors can be seamlessly attached to our cables, ensuring the highest-quality connections for your applications.

Our product range extends from the highly flexible SF 1/2″ cable to flexible cables in sizes LF 1/2″, LF 7/8″, LF 1 1/4″, and LF 1 5/8″. The corrugated copper outer conductor, combined with a UV-resistant and halogen-free HDPE jacket, ensures excellent shielding attenuation and high mechanical durability while maintaining minimal bending radii.

All cable outer conductors are made of highly conductive copper, while the inner conductors are either copper tubing or, for cable sizes 1/2″ and smaller, copper-clad aluminum. Featuring a low-loss PE foam insulation with a closed-cell structure that effectively prevents water ingress, SPINNERFlex™ cables provide everything essential for modern mobile networks: the reliable, low-loss, and interference-free transmission of RF signals from the transmitter to the antenna, with outstanding VSWR, attenuation, and intermodulation performance.

SPINNER Radiating Cables

Radiating cables – also known as slotted cables or leaky cables – ensure seamless communication in tunnels, underground railways, mines, large building complexes, etc. These cables are mainly used by the fire brigade, police and emergency services. In these areas, it is particularly important to use high-quality components, as problems such as passive intermodulation can cause interference in voice and data communication.

These systems are often deployed in extremely challenging conditions that demand high quality and durability. Our radiating cables meet these requirements. SPINNER solutions are passive, eliminating most potential sources of failure, which is crucial for ensuring high operational reliability.

Our radiating cables cover frequencies from 75 to 1000 MHz and can support both single-channel and multi-channel communication systems, making them highly versatile. A single radiating coaxial cable can manage multiple communication systems simultaneously, which is especially valuable in complex environments where various communication channels are required for different operations. These radiating cables are available directly from stock at our new mobile communication logistics hub in Lauenstein.
